To the 65th anniversary of Academician Viktor Vergunov: the path, science and the international mission of the library

The name of Viktor Vergunov is well known in the scientific, educational and diplomatic environment. Professor, Doctor of Agricultural and Historical Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Agriculture of Ukraine, he has headed the National Scientific Agricultural Library of Ukraine (NSAGL NAAS) since 2000. Under his leadership, the library was transformed into a recognized world-class scientific and research center.

Our meeting took place on the eve of his 65th anniversary - a symbolic milestone in the biography of a person who knows how not only to preserve knowledge, but also to create national intellectual memory.
