“The Testament of Unity: Poetic Readings” to the 180th Anniversary

of the Writing of the Spiritual Testament of the Great Kobzar

During the event, which was timed to the 180th anniversary of the writing of the spiritual testament of the Great Kobzar, representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in Ukraine read Taras Shevchenko’s “Testament” in different languages.

The initiators of this unique event were People’s Deputy of Ukraine Vladlen Neklyudov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ukraine Idris Kadyrkulov, and Director General of the National Library of Ukraine for Children Alla Gordienko.

The partners of the event were the Charitable Foundation “Roads of Life”, the NGO “IDPs of Ukraine”, the National Library of Ukraine for Children and the Magazine “Kyiv Diplomatic”.
