President of Ukraine Presents Victory Plan to MPs and Ukrainian Society

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the Victory Plan to MPs and Ukrainian society in the Verkhovna Rada and held a meeting with the heads of parliamentary factions.

According to the Head of State, the Victory Plan is aimed to strengthen Ukraine’s positions for a just end to the war. Together with its partners, Ukraine must force the aggressor state into peace, as the Russian dictator seeks to prolong the war and evades honest diplomacy. However, no ultimatum will hold any meaning.

“This is guaranteed by our warriors, all of our people, and our unity. The unity of Ukraine and the unity of our partners. All of this forms the foundation of our ability to achieve a just goal,” he noted.

Two years ago, at the G20 Summit, the President of Ukraine introduced the Peace Formula – a strategy to end Russian aggression on the basis of the goals and principles of the UN Charter. Nearly one hundred countries from all regions of the world have endorsed it. This June, a successful inaugural Peace Summit was held, demonstrating that this negotiation format can be effective in bringing the war to an end.

“The Victory Plan is a path to strengthening Ukraine. This is exactly the kind of Ukraine's strengthening that is needed not only to defend our positions but also to build a bridge – a bridge to the second Peace Summit, which will put a fair end to this war for Ukraine,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.
