I had the honor, at the invitation of the Ambassador of Turkey to Ukraine Mustafa Levent Bilgen, to be present at the solemn diplomatic reception and to congratulate His Excellency on behalf of the editors of the journal "Kyiv Diplomatic" on a significant date - the 100th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey.
