President visited a rehabilitation center in Ivano-Frankivsk and awarded Ukrainian defenders

 

During a working trip to Ivano-Frankivsk region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited a medical facility where wounded Ukrainian servicemen are undergoing treatment.

The Head of State observed the Center of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, which has modern equipment for the full restoration of patients' health. In particular, the Center utilizes the experience of foreign specialists.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy talked to the defenders who are undergoing treatment, inquired about their health and wished them a speedy recovery. The President presented the servicemen with state awards - the Order "For Courage" of the III degree.

"I want to thank each of you for your feat, for your heroism. Thank you from all Ukrainians for defending our country. We will definitely win! I wish you victory and recovery!" the Head of State said.

The defenders presented the President with chevrons.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy also spoke with the staff of the medical institution.

"I want to thank you for your great work. You - doctors, nurses - are all fantastic! We are very grateful to you!" the Head of State noted.

In addition, the President got himself acquainted with the project of establishing a regional rehabilitation center for servicemen. It is planned to attract budgetary funds and assistance from international donors for its implementation. The medical institution will specialize in physical and mental rehabilitation of defenders.
