Oleksandr Korniienko took part in the meeting of the King Charles III with the participants of the Conference on the Recovery of Ukraine
During his visit to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Korniienko took part in the official reception of His Majesty King Charles III for heads of foreign delegations at St James’s Palace in London.
“We thank the UK for organising the Ukraine Recovery Conference, in particular, His Majesty for his personal contribution to the process! We look forward to attracting the necessary resources for the restoration of our country thanks to the assistance and support of King Charles III,” the First Vice Speaker shared his impressions on his social media page.
He also emphasised that “Ukraine is grateful to the people of the United Kingdom for supporting Ukrainians in their struggle for truth, freedom and justice – for common values and peace!”
For reference: On 21-22 June, the Ukraine Recovery Conference will be held in London, with the aim of attracting international investment for the restoration of Ukraine after the large-scale invasion of russia.
