Denys Shmyhal met with Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Rishi Sunak
In the sidelines of the Ukraine Recovery Conference in London, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal met with Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Rishi Sunak.
The Head of the Ukrainian Government thanked the organisers of the event, which aims to consolidate the efforts of partners to rebuild our country and find effective mechanisms for uninterrupted financial support for Ukraine.
The parties discussed the involvement of private businesses to support Ukraine's economy.
"We are grateful to the UK for a substantial package of financial assistance and for the launch of the Business Compact initiative, to which over 400 leading companies have already joined," said Denys Shmyhal.
The Prime Minister stressed that Ukraine appreciated the UK's support in all areas and looked forward to further leadership in uniting the international coalition in support of Ukraine.
