One year since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the 9-year war.
Ukraine is an independent state with clear borders. And everything that is ours will remain ours.
What was taken from us, we will return.
This year we have made it clear that we are free.
We have united. We withstood the enemy’s onslaught. We began to liberate our lands and people. The world, following our example, united against russian aggression in the fight “for our freedom and your freedom.”
russia has become a global pariah. We are working to ensure that everyone guilty of this war is punished for their crimes against people who found the “rusky mir” on their land, which no one asked for and which does not exist. russia does not know what peace is, but it knows how to kill.
I am grateful to our people – the Defense and Security Forces, volunteers, medical workers, power engineers, and rescuers. All of our people, because everyone is fighting against russian aggression and contributing to victory and justice. It is thanks to Ukrainians, each in his or her place, that we are repelling the enemy.
Thank you all for our unity – together we are unbreakable.
We continue to fight and defend what is ours. Now we have a date for the start of the full-scale invasion. Together with our partners, we must do everything to ensure that the date of victory is in 2023.
We will end the war. Life wins over death. Good triumphs over evil.
May the victims of russia’s war against Ukraine rest in peace.
