Mariana Betsa held a meeting with Mustafa Levent Bilgen, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Ukraine

Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Mariana Betsa held a meeting with Mustafa Levent Bilgen, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to Ukraine.

The parties discussed opportunities for implementing joint initiatives within international organizations, particularly the UN, as well as coordinating efforts aimed at restoring respect for the principles of the UN Charter, which have been blatantly violated as a result of the Russian Federation’s ongoing armed aggression against Ukraine.

Mariana Betsa expressed gratitude to Türkiye for its conasistent support of Ukraine and noted the importance of further developing constructive dialogue between the two countries at both the bilateral and multilateral levels.

The interlocutors reaffirmed their mutual readiness to deepen the partnership between Ukraine and Türkiye with a view to achieving a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in line with the UN Charter and international law.
