A solemn event marking the 113th anniversary of the Proclamation of Independence of the Republic of Albania was held in the capital of Ukraine. The gathering brought together representatives of Ukrainian state authorities, members of the diplomatic corps, international partners, as well as figures from public and cultural circles and the wide community of Albania’s friends in Ukraine.
