Together with Olena Teliatnyk, during the official reception on the occasion of the Proclamation Day of the Republic of Latvia, we had the honor to congratulate His Excellency Andrejs Pildegovics, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Latvia to Ukraine, and to present him with a gift — an artwork created by artist Olena Teliatnyk in her original author’s technique. This piece is part of a joint project of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine and the editorial team of «Kyiv Diplomatic» magazine.
