Yulia Svyrydenko: Government reports to President on 100 days of work – focus on defence, economy and support for people

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko announced that the Government today reported to the President of Ukraine on its first 100 days in office.

“One hundred days ago, we set priorities enshrined in the Government’s Action Plan. Our team is working to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the state amid a full-scale war, meet defence needs, care for our civilians, support economic development, and implement a comprehensive policy to assist frontline regions,” noted Yulia Svyrydenko.

Key Results of the Government’s First 100 Days:

Financial Stability. Secured funding for the budget through the ERA loan and Ukraine Facility mechanisms, as well as for gas procurement and armaments via the PURL mechanism. Submitted the 2026 budget to the Verkhovna Rada, which provides for salary increases for teachers and doctors, school meals across all regions, and the launch of the Check-up 40+ programme.

Defence. Introduced the Defence City regime for arms manufacturers, grants for explosives, missiles, and AI components; launched the digital military registration system Impuls and new e-services within the Electronic Territorial Recruitment Centre framework.

Veterans. Launched the VETERAN PRO platform.

Education. From 1 September, salaries increased for 409,000 teachers; the Mriia educational platform is expanding – already covering 20% of schools.

Healthcare. Expanded the Affordable Medicines programme by 85 free-of-charge drugs; increased funding by UAH 1 billion for treating complex injuries in military personnel and wounded civilians.

Social Support. 187,000 families benefited from the School Starter Kit service; increased payments to foster parents; introduced the new Family Home service for orphans.

Reconstruction and Infrastructure. Launched a new water pipeline for Mykolaiv (over 500,000 people now have stable water supply); opened the first European-gauge railway Uzhhorod – Bratislava – Vienna – Budapest; allocated over UAH 7.5 billion under the eVidnovlennia and eOselia programmes for housing restoration and mortgage loans.

Security. District-based alert system implemented in 13 regions – reducing air-raid siren durations and enabling more stable business operations. Working to extend coverage nationwide on the same principle.

Investments and Privatisation. Launched the U.S.-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund (initial contributions: USD 150 million); generated UAH 3 billion from privatisation; initiated a public-private partnership tender for Chornomorsk Port and a production-sharing agreement tender for the Dobra lithium ore site.

Business Support. Continued funding effective programmes under the Made in Ukraine policy. Over 10,000 entrepreneurs received financial support in the form of grants and 5-7-9 affordable loans in 100 days.

Support for Frontline Regions. Expanding systematic support policies for frontline areas to protect people, energy infrastructure, and businesses.

Digitalisation. New business services: e-Excise, e-Notariat, electronic document flow in courts, e-Permit, e-Marriage.

“We have clear tasks from the President of Ukraine for the next phase. We continue working for victory, economic development, and people’s well-being,” emphasised the Prime Minister.
