Marks 100 days of Yulia Svyrydenko’s Government
Marks 100 days of the Government led by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

“Today marks exactly 100 days of our Government team’s work. We are focused on the key issues: security and defence, economic and social stability, energy and support for frontline regions,” the Prime Minister emphasised.
Yulia Svyrydenko outlined the main areas of the Government’s activity:
- We are scaling up the production of Ukrainian weapons and coordinating efforts with partners so that the Ukrainian Armed Forces receive everything necessary.
- We are modernising the Defence Forces – we have introduced the Impulse system for accounting military personnel and electronic Territorial Recruitment Centres. The decision on this was made today.
- We are digitising services to simplify interaction between people and the state – e-Excise, e-Notary, e-Court and e-Marriage. Today, we also launched a single platform for all Veteran.Pro services. We are expanding the list of other services available in Diia.
- We are developing policies to support frontline territories: we have increased salaries for doctors and bonuses for teachers, provided free meals for grades 1-11 already this year, and 100% reservations for employees of entrepreneurs in communities close to the fighting. Today, we launched a mechanism for compensating military risks in frontline territories, which will start operating in November.
- We submitted the draft state budget for 2026 to Parliament. For next year, we have planned new programmes – check-ups for people aged 40+, and higher salaries for teachers. We are maintaining programmes that help to boost the economy as part of the Made in Ukraine policy.
- Energy security: we are strengthening the protection of critical infrastructure, preparing reserves, and cooperating with regional administrations, local authorities, and foreign partners.
- International work. We have launched a Reconstruction Fund jointly with the United States and already have initial contributions of USD 150 million. We have completed the screening of legislation in record time and are preparing to start negotiations on accession to the European Union. We have opened a new European railway line – direct trains now run from Uzhhorod to Bratislava, Vienna and Budapest.
- We have attracted USD 12.5 billion from partners to support the state budget, of which USD 9.4 billion through the ERA loan mechanism and USD 3.05 billion through the Ukraine Facility.
“All this is in line with the Action Plan, whose priorities we are turning into concrete decisions. I would like to thank the Government team, the Defence Forces and everyone who works and helps to support the life of the state,” emphasised Yulia Svyrydenko.
