The fourth meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine-Moldova-Romania format, Andriy Szybiga, Mihai Popsoy and Oana Tsoi, took place in Chernivtsi. The meeting was also joined online by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Radosław Sikorski, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Kęstutis Budris.
