The "Best Diplomat of 2023" award was presented to the Ambassador of Japan to Ukraine Kuninori Matsuda

Completing the implementation of the international project "The Best Diplomat of 2023" and fulfilling the decision of the Journal's Public Council, which includes well-known Ukrainian diplomats, politicians, government officials and journalists, had the honor of presenting awards to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ukraine, Kuninori Matsuda.
