Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief

 

On Friday, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a regular meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informed about the overall situation at the front. The commanders of the operational and strategic groups of troops reported on the situation in their respective areas. The members of the Staff also focused on the course of hostilities in the most difficult areas of the front.

The intelligence chiefs spoke about the enemy's plans and likely actions in the short and medium term.

In addition, the participants of the meeting were briefed on the results of the counterintelligence work of the Ukrainian special services.

The current foreign policy situation in the context of repulsing the Russian invasion was also discussed.

The meeting was attended by Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate Kyrylo Budanov, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhny, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov, and commanders of troops and operational directions. The meeting was also attended by members of the government, heads of security and law enforcement agencies.
