With the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch of Kyiv and All Rus-Ukraine Filaret, and upon his instruction, I had the honour to present Yevhen Moiseienko, co-author of the design concept of Kyiv Diplomatic Magazine, with a high church award — the Order of Saint Nicholas the Wonderworker.
