For more than four years, the diplomatic mission of the Kyrgyz Republic has been working in Ukraine, overcoming the challenges of wartime while simultaneously building new horizons for cooperation.

During our conversation, H.E. Idris Kadyrkulov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ukraine, outlined the key areas of bilateral partnership — from inter-university programs and youth exchanges to joint projects in the fields of energy and digital technologies.

Despite the difficulties caused by the war, the ambassador emphasized that cultural diplomacy, educational initiatives, and media partnerships remain strong bridges that foster long-term trust and friendship between the Ukrainian and Kyrgyz peoples.
