At the end of July 2026, Lyudmyla Novytska and I celebrated a truly meaningful milestone — the 35th anniversary of our shared creative and entrepreneurial journey, a path that has become the work of our lifetime.
In July 1991, on the eve of Ukraine's independence, we founded and officially registered the private enterprise Telekhronika. During the following eight years, under a state commission, our team produced television footage for Ukrainian Television, including its flagship news programme Aktualna Kamera.
In 1998, Telekhronika evolved into KRYLA Television Company, launching its own original television productions. Among its most successful projects was The World of Aviation and Tourism. News, broadcast on Ukraine's leading television channels, including UT-1, ICTV, KDTRK, INTER and 1+1.
A distinctive feature of this television project was the Kyiv Diplomatic segment, which gradually evolved into an independent media brand. In 2000, the Kyiv Diplomatic online publication was launched and continues to serve readers in Ukraine and around the world https://kyivdiplomatic.com/ .
A new chapter began in 2018 with the launch of the international printed Kyiv Diplomatic Magazine. Over the years, it has become a respected platform for diplomatic, international, cultural and business cooperation, bringing together members of the diplomatic corps, government institutions, business leaders, academics, cultural figures and civil society representatives.
This journey would not have been possible without the professionalism, dedication, creative energy and mutual trust of our team.
