At the invitation of H.E. Toyly Ataev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Ukraine, I had the honor of attending a diplomatic reception dedicated to the Day of Culture and Art Workers of Turkmenistan and to honoring the literary legacy of the outstanding Turkmen poet and philosopher Magtymguly Pyragy.
This national celebration reflects the profound respect of the Turkmen people for their cultural heritage, national traditions, literature, music, arts, and spiritual values. Magtymguly Pyragy, whose works laid the foundation of the modern Turkmen literary language and national identity, remains one of the most revered figures in the history and culture of Turkmenistan.
Taking this opportunity and considering the wide readership of our publication, I continued the presentation of the 29th issue of the Kyiv Diplomatic Magazine, introducing its international projects and thematic focus to members of the diplomatic community.
