During the solemn ceremony marking the 81st Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, held at the residence of His Excellency Mr Arief Muhammad Basalamah, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Indonesia to Ukraine, the guests pictured in this photograph came together for a very special reason.
The photograph carries particular symbolism, as their attire harmoniously combines the red and white colours of the National Flag of the Republic of Indonesia, creating a vivid and meaningful image on the country’s National Day.
