A solemn reception on the occasion of the Statehood Day of the Republic of Slovenia was held in Kyiv and organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Ukraine at the Grand Ballroom of Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv.
The event brought together members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of Ukrainian state institutions, international organizations, business circles, and civil society, highlighting the strong and friendly relations between Ukraine and Slovenia, founded on mutual respect, partnership, and solidarity.
During the reception, I had the distinct honor of conveying my congratulations to Her Excellency Ms. Mateja Prevolšek, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovenia to Ukraine, on the occasion of Slovenia’s national holiday and to extend my best wishes to the Slovenian people for peace, prosperity, and continued success.
The Republic of Slovenia remains a steadfast partner of Ukraine, consistently supporting the sovereignty, independence, and European aspirations of the Ukrainian state.
