As part of a joint cultural and diplomatic initiative of Kyiv Diplomatic Journal and the National Union of Artists of Ukraine, together with artists Olena Teliatnyk and Yuliia Novytska, we had the distinct honor of presenting His Excellency Mr. Michael Brodsky, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Israel to Ukraine, with a unique artistic gift — the national flag of Israel created by Olena Teliatnyk using her original signature technique, combining canvas, stretcher frame, paints, and pearls.
The artwork symbolizes sincere friendship, mutual respect, and the growing cultural partnership between Ukraine and Israel. Such creative initiatives demonstrate the important role of art as a universal language that brings people together, strengthens humanitarian ties, and contributes to the continued development of Ukrainian–Israeli cooperation.
