During a diplomatic reception held at the National Sanctuary Saint Sophia of Kyiv, I had the honour of personally congratulating His Excellency Mr. Luc Jacobs, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to Ukraine, on the National Day of the Kingdom of Belgium — the Anniversary of the Inauguration of King Leopold I, Founder of the Belgian Royal Dynasty.
