During a diplomatic reception, I had the honour of meeting the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ukraine, His Excellency Mr Yo Osumi.
The Ambassador is expected to present his credentials to the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in the near future.
During our first conversation, we agreed to meet again soon to discuss prospects and agree on further areas of cooperation between the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine and Kyiv Diplomatic Magazine—a partnership that has already become a valued tradition.
