On the occasion of the completion of the diplomatic mission in Ukraine of His Excellency Mr. Barakat Elleithy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Ukraine, on behalf of the editorial team of Kyiv Diplomatic Journal, together with Dr. Emad Abu Alrub and our magazine’s art designer Yuliia Novytska, we expressed our sincere gratitude to His Excellency for his fruitful diplomatic service, his significant personal contribution to the development of Ukrainian-Egyptian relations, the strengthening of mutual understanding and friendly ties between our two countries, as well as for his continued openness to dialogue and constructive cooperation with Kyiv Diplomatic Journal.
It was also a great pleasure to congratulate His Excellency Mr. Barakat Elleithy on his new and highly responsible appointment as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Continuing the meeting, we presented His Excellency Mr. Barakat Elleithywith a special commemorative gift — the original artwork “Coat of Arms of Egypt” by the world-renowned Ukrainian artist Olena Teliatnyk. The painting was created as part of a joint cultural and artistic project of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine and Kyiv Diplomatic Journal.
